Peter attended both Florida Southern College & Bryant College, graduating from Bryant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance. From 1997-2018, Peter was a State of Florida Certified Real Estate Appraiser, and from 2001-present, Peter has been a State of Florida Licensed Realtor-Salesperson. With over 23 years of successfully serving the Greater Tampa Bay area, Peter has developed a broad range of real estate experience both as an appraiser and a salesperson. Often, the combination of the two skills were utilized on various projects. These included working for years with a top REO Broker in Pinellas County, purchasing/leasing homes for a large private investor and also acquiring homes for a Wall Street hedge fund; as well as consistently being brought to the forefront of the "Preferred Appraiser" list of most of the country's top AMCs and appraisal roster platforms. Peter is now with Elite Realty Partners and is focused on working diligently to assist us in meeting all our goals and expectations.
