Dave Lewin is a real estate industry professional with over two decades of experience. He is committed to focusing on the individual requirements for each of his clients, and providing high levels of service, integrity, marketing expertise, and negotiating savvy in representing their interests.

In addition to his 13-year career as a Realtor, Dave has served as a Commercial Valuation Analyst, Commercial Property Inspector, Sales Specialist for a home purchasing company, and as a Residential Appraisal licensee. He holds investment property, and is an experienced investor and project manager.

Dave holds an MBA and Masters in Finance from the University of Houston Clear Lake, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He is married, has four children, and enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with his family.
